In Belgium, people have developed a very specific and unique habit. For decades, they have been putting their favorite Biscoff cookie on a slice of bread! Some people use the whole cookie, others crush it, and still others melt it in their drink first. Delicious – but not very practical.

Until someone had a great idea:
"What if we make a cream out of it?"

An enterprising Belgian mother created her own recipe and submitted it to a TV competition: "The Inventors." And guess what? She made it to the finals!

She then began working with Lotus Bakeries to bring Biscoff cream to its perfect, smooth perfection.

Ingredients:
Original caramelized biscuits 58% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm oil from sustainable and certified plantations, rapeseed oil), sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soy flour, salt, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin), acid (citric acid).
